Recordings privacy notice

Updated October 6, 2026

This notice covers the Confluence recordings store, private library and gift-redemption service.

Information used to provide your recordings

We use your email address to verify sign-in, deliver purchase and gift messages, and connect you with purchased recordings. We keep order references, payment status and access records. When you send a gift, we also keep the recipient email if supplied, your optional sender name and message, and whether the gift has been claimed. Please do not include sensitive information in a gift message.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered with Stripe; this application does not store your full card number. Supabase provides account verification and stores purchase, gift and access records. Netlify hosts the application and its server functions. Resend delivers service emails. Bunny delivers video streams. The main Confluence website uses Squarespace. These providers receive information needed to perform their roles, which can include technical connection and request data.

Email choices

Purchase receipts, sign-in links and gift delivery messages provide the service you request. Recording recommendations and completion reminders require a separate opt-in and include an unsubscribe option. A gift sender cannot subscribe the recipient to marketing.

Gift links and account access

Keep an unclaimed shareable gift link private: anyone holding it can claim the gift after verifying their email. Direct email gifts are restricted to the designated email address. Account sessions are stored in your browser to keep you signed in; sign out on shared devices.

Retention and requests

Purchase and access records support permanent streaming access, payment reconciliation and dispute handling. For questions, access or correction requests, or a request to delete account information, contact confluencetx@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to maintain purchased access or meet legal obligations; the team will explain what can be removed in response to your request.
